Yes, all parties need to verify, count and condition of rented equipment upon delivery and pickup.
Our FREE delivery is curbside of your current residence. If elevators or stairs are involved, provide that information when you book your totes and we can discuss a solution that works for all involved.
Cleanliness & Quality
Absolutely. All totes are cleaned and sanitized after every use to ensure they're ready for your move.
Yes — our totes are heavy-duty and designed to hold much more weight than standard cardboard boxes. Easy Move Totes are rated for up to 70 lbs. and can stack 5 high with no problem. All of our totes are proudly constructed in the USA!
