GENERAL QUESTIONS
Q: What exactly are EasyMove totes?
A: Think of them as the smarter, tougher version of cardboard boxes — except we deliver them right to your door! Our reusable plastic totes are 27×17×12 inches, rated for up to 70 lbs., stack 5 high, and are proudly made in the USA. No tape. No assembly. No mess.
Q: How does the whole thing work?
A: It's about as easy as it gets. We deliver your totes, you pack and move at your own pace, and when you're done we come pick everything up. That's it!
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We're your Northwest Arkansas neighbors! We serve Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville, Springdale, Bella Vista, Gravette, Highfill, Cave Springs and Lowell. Not sure if we reach you? Just give us a call — we'll figure it out!
CHOOSING THE RIGHT MOVING SUPPLIES PACKAGE
Q: How do I know which package is right for me?
A: Here's a simple guide: Studio/Dorm 16 totes, 1 Bedroom 25 totes, 2 Bedroom 40 totes, 3 Bedroom 55 totes, 4 Bedroom 75 totes, 5 Bedroom 100 totes. Still not sure? Call us at (479) 633-7737 — we're happy to help you figure it out!
Q: What if I run out of totes mid-move?
A: Don't panic! Give us a call and if we have availability we'll get more totes to you as quickly as possible.
Q: What if I finish packing faster than expected?
A: Just let us know and we'll schedule an early pickup. Your pricing stays the same either way.
DELIVERY & PICKUP
Q: Is delivery really free? No catches?
A: Absolutely free — no catches, no hidden fees. We offer FREE delivery to your current home and FREE pickup from your new address anywhere within our Northwest Arkansas service area. Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville, Springdale, Bella Vista, and Lowell — every single time!
Q: Do you only deliver locally?
A: Yes — we're a local NWA business and proud of it! We deliver throughout Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville, Springdale, Bella Vista, and Lowell. We're not a national chain shipping from a warehouse — we're your neighbors, and we know these roads!
Q: Do I need to be home when you arrive?
A: Yes please! We need someone there to count the totes and check their condition at both delivery and pickup. It protects you and us!
Q: What does curbside delivery mean exactly?
A: We bring your totes right to your curb or driveway. Got stairs or an elevator situation? Just let us know when you book and we'll work something out together.
Q: What time will you show up?
A: You pick your delivery window when booking — 9am–12pm, 12pm–3pm, or 3pm–6pm. We'll be there!
CLEANLINESS & QUALITY
Q: Are the totes clean? I mean really clean?
A: Every single tote is cleaned and sanitized after each use. We take pride in delivering totes that are ready for your belongings — not someone else's!
Q: How tough are these totes compared to cardboard?
A: No comparison! Our totes are heavy-duty plastic rated for 70 lbs. and stack 5 high without crushing. Your grandmother's china will thank you. Oh — and they're made right here in the USA!
BOOKING & PAYMENT
Q: How do I book?
A: Super easy — just go online, pick your package, choose your delivery date, and pay securely. Done in minutes!
Q: When do I pay?
A: Payment is collected at the time of booking to lock in your dates. Arkansas sales tax of 9.5% applies.
Q: Can I change my booking after I've paid?
A: Life happens — we get it! Just contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: Cancel 48 hours or more before delivery and you'll get a full refund. Less than 48 hours may incur a small cancellation fee.
RENTAL PERIODS
Q: How long can I keep the totes?
A: You can rent for 1 week, 2 weeks, or 3 weeks. Most of our customers find 2 weeks gives them plenty of breathing room.
Q: What if I need more time?
A: Just reach out before your pickup date and we'll extend your rental if availability allows. Easy!
